I'm very excited to announce the release of A Very Merry Un-birthday Collection. This four piece mini collection is an add-on to our very first collection Curiosities From Wonderland and a celebratory set for our first anniversary.
Our first collection was inspired by
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and the various books, movies, video games, and other media inspired by Lewis Carroll's characters and fantastical world. When I first started working on the collection back in 2011, I had so many ideas because Wonderland is vast, rich in inspiration and has come to life in many different adaptations that initially the collection was huge. I had to narrow down the choices of inspiration to the ultimately seven polishes that were released. I always planned to revisit Wonderland and going back there for a mini anniversary collection seemed like the perfect way to do it.
Frabjous Day is a pink holo with a variety of purple, green and pink shifting metallic flakes. The fabulous and joyous day on which you defeat your foes and fulfill your potential.
Beware the Jabberwock is a mint holo with pink-gold-green shifting metallic flakes. A springtime interpretation of the many incarnations of the beast from Wonderland.
Nothing Was Ever Accomplished With Tears is a powdery cornflower blue holo with soft copper shimmer. A tribute to (and message from) the last character played by the amazing Alan Rickman.
Wrath of Time is a black scattered holo with icy blue sparks of shimmer. Inspired by the vengeful character Time from the upcoming movie Alice Through the Looking Glass.
The mini collection will be available this Friday May 20th at 7 PM Central
in our shop. The polishes are available individually, as a set at a discount or if you haven't visited Wonderland with us before you can buy Curiosities From Wonderland
and A Very Merry Un-birthday together for a larger discount.
